So totally nuts!!

Why didn't they just move to a Red State? Texas would be a good choice. Lots of IT companies moving to Texas. So the idea is not a novelty. Yet they clung to RI knowing very well the roadblocks they would face.

Also, they need to hire a better PR person! The timings and the contents of the PR updates seem totally off!
