Hey Coal, I was checking on time frame amongst other things.
Remember your post #352 where you mentioned the OTC verified the company and also the changes on June 11.
Well that gives a perfect time frame.
The DTC clearance was applied for on or just before that as per the news shareholder update.
From Friday June 11 to Friday July 23 is 6 weeks. So that clearance could be any day now, if all as stated is true and I am pretty sure it is.

As for the quarterly returns. yes they are due, but they have a couple of weeks to get that done. If the accounting is up to date that wouldn't be difficult. Just a possible auditor hold up and the funds required.
