garrett is long gone. if he has shares it's immaterial because his guys were referred in as I posted years ago and did a $4mm toxic that converted into over $11mm of share sales so they're out and the convert was a gift to make him whole. there's nothing here to see and the company is locked out of equity issuance. it bankrupts. then the shell might be useful again.
