Anyone know if an EUA is even possible from the FDA out of a very small CP2 double blinded trial? I’m hearing about some really BAD cases of Covid, in my area, that involve middle-aged, healthy adults that are already ventilated in the ICU with oxygen concentration levels as low as the 40’s….yikes! If Brilacidin would turn these types of patients around, an EUA is desperately needed. I do not have a clue about FDA protocol, rules, etc. I hope the trial results lead to something very positive, AND SOON, for these folks who might otherwise die in the ICU.
