You missed that they don't have any product to sell! It's a lousy cable company (Satel) with failing revenues which pretends to have some other operations going on, which were never proven with facts and figures.

Simlatus > nothing to sell but some outdated junk electronics no one wants
Proscere > seems not even to exist anymore since all officers left
Brewbilt > next name/company change, but they have nothing yet

And they did not reduce debt, just check their fins from last years, it's all there on OTC markets.
Beside that, their business model is dilution, dilution, dilution and they are really good at that!
