Hi BahamaPete, Great post and totally agree!!. Leslie is going to make sure that INQD is PINK CURRENT way before August 13, 2021. The reason I say this is because AmeriTrade is not going to allow Buy orders on INQD, after August 13, 2021 and E*Trade after September 28, 2021 and Leslie doesn't want to loose investor buying momentum, and also he doesn't want the existing and new investors to get spooked and start selling thinking that INQD will get delisted into the grey market. He is going to act soon and in a very smart way, trust me!!
INQD WILL NOT GET DELISTED INTO GREY MARKET, even if they are not current by September 28, 2021, because SEC and FINRA are very well aware that INQD is very actively working on their financials and also on J/Vs and multiple mergers and acquisitions, as INQD's International CPA firm is in constant communication with FINRA/SEC. Also Leslie is very well known on Wall Street, in the Hemp and Cannabis world internationally, he has his own Hedge Fund, he has very large political connections and is very well respected.
Leslie Bocskor, is not an idiot, he and his smart staff, did not work hard 1+ year to get delisted to Grey market. He is a brilliant, focused, detailed and very result oriented person, who has huge connections and influence on Wall Street and the Cannabis world.
