What "institution" will buy a stock shell with no operating business? Right now you have an investment company cleaning up the old debt and selling it off to another investment company. IC will then sell the shell to an operating private company that is looking to go public. At that point is when you might see institutional buyers.
It is in the early stages thus why you want to buy now to get in cheap.
