Treaty Energy settled accepting that everything in the SEC complaint was true and would accept any and all the Judge decided to dish out. Ronald Blackburn, Michael Mulshine and Bruce Gwyn are the ones appealing the judgment and they have already lost twice. They will lose this one too as they are using the same bullshit tired argument with absolutely nothing to back it up.
