OTC Markets Group displays information on shares outstanding on its
website at www.otcmarkets.com, a publicly available financial portal that
provides verified company information to investors, broker-dealers and
others researching the securities on the OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink
markets. Share data provided by transfer agents will be displayed
alongside a “Verified” logo indicating that the information is up-to-date
and has been verified by the transfer agent.

CACH hasn't had a transfer agent since 2015 so why does OTCMarkets indicate the share info is up to date? OTCMarkets is reporting old Cache Inc. information pre-form 25 which terminated all filing requirements.
