At this stage it's out of Paul/ Watkins-UNSS/Entrex's hands.

According to Watkins, the lawyer is waiting for the OTC to execute the Legal Opinion Letter and they are slow to get back to him. Hopefully they will any day now.

"Paul is calling emailing OTC and Legal Counsel every morning and afternoon trying to resolve."

I haven't seen a delay of this kind before, but it is what it is. All we can do is stay patient.
