ACCR is a SHELL STOCK and SHELLS will continue to have quotation...why? because it is SAFE TO QUOTE SHELLS...and if PATRICK get's control back in ACCR...then, I will continue the INCUBATION period of ACCR...and we reduce everything back to 300,000,000 common shares.
