Unfortunately some have already taken this information before being ConfirmedAnd have assumed they've already been sold and the shares diluted.... And have sold. That's what's hitting the price right now unfortunately. Some have expressed this is the final straw without knowing the truth but I suspect the problem is they also mention the time frame in which this stock has not moved.

To that I am in complete sympathy. These guys need to fully explain what they are doing and what their plans are and they need to get out a quarterly financial that's based on their actual numbers and not the dead Company they merged into.Those that have had contact with management need to push even harder to get some clarification.
