I’ll be looking to get several more million cheapies before the September deadline if the Delaware courts award the custodianship to Universal Management. There are little known Exceptions to SEC Rule 15c2-11! But, they still need to git ‘er done!

SEC Rule 15c2-11, Companies in a shell status going thru a reverse merger may be given a time not to exceed 18 months to become current and meet the new requirements.
