Yep, why do companies most of the time announce they will be doing a future reverse split and then start releasing positive news? Just to keep the price up when it does R/S? Hype... You will need billions to survive this reverse split if its 15000/1 and then it will drop back down (maybe).


The board: approve an amendment of the Company’s Amended Certificate of Incorporation in order to effect a reverse stock split of the Corporation’s common stock, par value $0.0007 per share (the “Common Stock”), at a ratio of between 1,000-to-1 and 15,000-to-1, as shall be determined by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Stock Split”) and to amend the Company’s certificate of incorporation to change the number of authorized shares of Common Stock of the Company from 750,000,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 (the “Authorized Share Amendment”);
