My Unsupported Theory:
Given the known behaviors of people that don't like to sell for a loss, the supply seems pretty high. I've seen it smashing through the bids, which were quite meaningful bids.
I feel like my fears that Caie has the options to exercise those convertibles may be happening. Just pure speculation NO SUPPORTIING EVIDENCE. If so, they aren't being smart about it and just smashing through the bids. Just because they are feeling frantic and thinking they deserve something for their years of doing nothing productive.
Just a hunch. They can exercise at .20 if memory serves correct. Therefore, my buy and recommendation is at .20. Some insider(s) had an exercise of .10, but I believe those are locked up. And that's all pre-billionaire arrival. He would be restricted to my understanding and has no skin in the game yet. But when he does, I'd expect good things to come.
Till then, I don't like to see people fleeced. IFFF it's Caie, they are essentially shorting the stock. Again, just a theory that I can't test for. So I don't have a way to rule it out.
I would think at .20, it would be a great buy IFFF and that's a BIG IFFFF that opportunity were to come. But according to human behavior, that's when people will be very, very angry and wouldn't want to buy it. So, just saying. I say things all the time and it goes in one ear out the other. But that's my plan. I always give transparency to my plans, whereas others don't.
And IFFF my theory is correct, and you are putting bids at .70 or .60, you are still feeding CAIE foods. Adn frankly, I don't feel that they deserve to be fed. In my eyes, they just strung AVNI along for years. Plus, they have radical politics. I've seen that kind of politics in many dictatorships all thoughout history. That's how dictators rise. But that's just my opinion and how I see it.
And all that being said, when/iff our billionaire suitor does get skin in the game, which I don't think he has any at this time, I don't think he will be out for you. I see the behavior of a narcissist. Again, that's just my opinion. That doesn't mean you can't ride on his coattails at the right price, but I see him as someone out only for himself. A Pharoah. There are many good, noble billionaires out there. That's not one of them in my opinion. But, money talks! So, play your cards smart and watch your back.
