Ok - we gonna take it REAL SLOW with these TTLLF warrants (please read it twice, if needed)...

For those (like YOU and Taco) that believe in a $4-6B BO soon but who also have Unrealized Losses - BELOW is a POSSIBLE IDEA/SOLUTION. Yep, a concept that can HELP PEOPLE, fancy that !!!

1) YOU BUY TTLLF warrants (10,000 of them only cost ya about $135) Lunch Money. DO so by 7/15

2) 31 days after that, you can sell your common shares to harvest a capital loss ASSUMING you want to and that your cost basis is higher than current PPS. Say on 8/16. Anybody use FIFO and have tax lots over $2.50 ??

3) You would then buy (back) common shares, say 9/17, likely at a lower PPS so you would OWN more shares. You do that at least 31 days AFTER ya sold BTW to avoid a wash sale scenario. Now ya have common shares again as warrants will prolly Expire the following Monday (9/20).

4) IF a HUGE / MASSIVE BO DOES COME - you are Protected. Ya see how that works peeps ? TTLLF can be used as hedge and if 1 person feels good about being protected, even partially, then that is solid advice that works for them.

** AGAIN, not telling anybody to do anything but some probably want to harvest their losses but also are fearful of a massive BO on or before 9/20/21. IMO, the warrants will likely expire but there is some protection for a very cheap outlay. ALSO, if a decent BO does hit when you own BOTH - then you are EXTRA WEALTHY. Get it ??????

Some who also believe in a MASSIVE BO but who are FULLY invested and don't have thousands of dollars more from money trees can also toss $135 or more (lunch money) at these warrants. YES peeps - the price of these warrants will rise if a BO happens, ya don't have to "convert" them.

I really don't know how much more clear I can make it. I am not saying a $4-6B BO happens - YOU ARE TACO. OY VEY Can some of you now understand why I refer to peeps as Helens. OMG
