I am not a broker, but my personal opinion is these guys can at any time sell to everyone that has an outstanding bid. All the bids could be whacked out of existence, then no one will be able to sell if there is no bid and will eventually have their shares reduced by reverse split. I have seen this happen 5-6 times now, and when it happens it usually takes 1-2 days of massive volume. They have already filed an S8 to register 1 billion shares. I suspect they still have most of these shares to sell. You can either sell at the bid and get what you will right away, or take a chance and sell into any strength that might occur. I cannot make that decision for you however. IMO based on past history, if I held shares I would sell immediately, even at a loss. Good luck.
