So now we know that Chuck is finally going to lay his cards on the table tomorrow

But that doesn’t necessarily mean that Chuck’s bill will be the first to cross the finish line

The SAFE Banking Act remains the lowest hanging fruit amongst all cannabis legalization bills (it’s already passed the House multiple times and probably has 60 votes in the Senate), so we could still wind up seeing it advance on its own in the Senate

On the other hand, Chuck could attach The SAFE Banking Act to his MJ Decriminalization/Legalization Bill with the goal of using cannabis banking as the sweetener for federal legalization
