Nahass is still one of the a primary holders of the toxic debt and IMO the CEO needs to get rid of that guy and his shady OTC level pump and dump ways and toxic money.
But, I get it, he ponied up cash when TRTC needed it, however was compensated with toxic to equity shareholder debt.
Frank knows a main issue outstanding is to retire all toxic debt, but might take awhile unless business operations improve or new non-toxic to equity funding can be found.
