when you say disclose, who, water now? I mean there assets would be disclosed in their filings which they are late on, so they do have to, they are just late in doing so.

Now as far as 30 million, thats how much they were going to be bought out for, whether thats the amount of assets is another question, no way they have that much in assets, we'll just have to wait and see.
