You don't believe a news cycle pattern so one sided from their previous 10 years is warranted action? No shareholder meetings? Did they not state a replacement search for Dr B was going to occur in Jan 2020? Did they PR all previous finance agreements prior to the MFO? The past 50 press releases how many are B for C? What happened to the third BOD? When was the last statement put out by either of the remaining Board of Directors? IPIX's CEO, CFO and Chairman of the Board are the same individual... If that's not conflict of interest what is? This isn't Harry's pizza shop.... In technical terms Leo might only be liable for one or two items but this entire operation stinks to high end and why it trades 20 pennies...
