Lol it wasn't suppose to ever get there again and it did. It will get there again but this time it will go lower. The longer the summer drags on the lower it will go, Billy is not going to close on any infrastructure projects anytime soon and the ppe market is gone. Enjoy the slow daily drip lower :) JMHO
