Some people sell when their profit reaches a certain percentage, no matter what. They would rather lock in 10% or 15% than risk losing it. These people just follow whatever is up and don't bother with DD since they are in and out. Usually, they are happy as clams with their little percentage and feel superior for getting a consistent 10% on their investments. Yep, outsmarted the OTC.
