“I received bonds back for SIBE - Sibling Group Holdings, Inc. and QUAN - Quantum International Corp. I will be able to get in an application for SIBE in the next couple of days and I am still waiting on the signed order for QUAN.”

Quan is like a child you are disappointed with. You still love it, but damn! Get off your ass and do something.
16mm Float at .10 is only a $1.6mm market cap.
We all know the rest of the O/S is the control block.
That’s never going to get dumped.
Synergy like to retire those after control is secured.
