I would suspect the easiest way to get approval for a sale would be for Gelmon to retire and the next executive on the company to take over. I would think that is why they updated the management team on Friday. Just to be clear this is just speculation on my part at this time. I will need to do some extra research tonight to see if I get back into this ticker.
