1.9 billion wouldnt be the end of the world as there are stocks out there with that kind of float or worse that are trading higher.

That being said there is no good reason for them to be diluting right now other than greed.

The other concern is once the 1.9 a/s is maxed out in order to keep lining their pockets they either have to increase the a/s again so they can keep printing cheap stock or they subject us to the dreaded reverse split.

Flannery has been honest in his emails so far as everything he has said has come to pass but he does have a history of dilution and reverse splits if you look at SFTV, JKRI, AXGJ.

Once the diluters have enough cheap paper I am sure there will be lots of news and they will let us run. Only question is how far will they let it run before they bring us back down again.

Kind of like a game of musical chairs when the music stops you dont want to be the one standing without a chair lol
