Min pps for NYSE is $2 not $16. Actually a 125:1 rs is what would be needed if they did it today. I dont see that although I would love to. t would get rid of most of the amateur's that would panic and get out. They will release news and the pps will go back up. If they were smart they would wait to see .20-.25 and do a 10or 20:1 rs. That would be perfect cap structure. Then take all of us to the NYSE
