Obviously you not familiar with business registrations. Just because a s.o.s. website says it's good doesn't mean it is. The proof of otherwise is the case that Miller withdrew. If a business closes and nobody cares, do you think they are going to file to show what happened? No they won't because there isn't a leader to make stuff like that happen. If ol bob was around he might be able to try.. but as we all know. He isn't around.
