OTCMarkets must be reporting pre-form 25 info on CACH. Form 25 terminates all reporting requirements. I sent them an email asking why they still report CACH as delinquent. If I get a response I'll post it.

Ninety days after filing Form 25, deregistration under Section 12(b) will be effective and the company’s reporting obligations under Section 13(a) will be terminated.
