I left it out because it hasn't been updated, as I thought I clearly explained. Didn't you notice the "Transfer Agent Verified" icon next to all the numbers with the exception of the float? It was last updated on 4/14/2020 which is over a year ago. Since then a whole lot of free trading shares have been issued which would be included in that number.

Traders use the DTC count these days, btw, since very few float numbers are given out anymore.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
