Nope. In their PRs they mentioned everything including all the terms and conditions. You can't publicly issue PR and then upload an LOI on OTCmarket without the counterparty name and signature in the name of NDA.

I think if we bring it to the attention of OTCMarket that they uploaded an LOI, one sided, OTCmarket will take action. I am 100% certain, OTCmarket doesn't know this.

One sided agreement is nothing but a garbage.
