if they hit 1.9 billion soon it means they are desperate for cash and 1.9 billion will not be enough and they will have to raise cash and dilute another way. I am just trying to figure out why they are diluting so much but I think they are trying to raise 300k for the 40% stake. hopefully they are close now. but will they be cash positive after that??
