Correction on O/S.

"on 4/30/20 the O/S ballooned to over 2B" That should be 22B.

As of October 31, 2019, our last fiscal year, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 428,605,234

One year later, after the convertible note holders began to be issued free trading shares.

As of October 31, 2020, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 5,785,201,491

The conversion notes continued to be exchanged for free trading shares.

As of April 30, 2021, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 13,995,992,699

Now there are 22,763,018,412 shares outstanding.

And until the former note holders have relieved themselves of their shares, the stock will have trouble gaining upward momentum after reaching a high above a penny back in February.
