Doesn’t even matter at this point. Everyone should just stop posting about this stock. Forget about it and let it happen. Fact is they are going to come to a settlement out of court. The ceo already knows it, Phillip Morris already knows it. PHillip Morris filed for the case to be dismissed. Clearly the judge did not agree because it was not dismissed. This is scheduled for a hearing. Phillip Morris is trying to settle out of court because if this goes to jury trial they will lose more than if they settle. Healthier choice will settle as well. Because if they don’t this will be in courts for years. Settlement is combing soon so everyone just wait for it and stop defending it and let the loser lose. I guarantee the company is currently buying back shares while this is so low. Watch the order and you’ll see yourself. Do some research and see who’s buying shares and now selling. You’ll be happy you did.
