The intention was always to file the FORM 10 with the SEC. Now, there is a FORM 15 again....CREEDE---> you asked me, "How do I feel about this Form 15?"
We spoke about redoing our last 2 years 10K's with audited financials...refiled. Of course...this never happened. Quotes can happen past September 26th, 2021. They forgot to acknowledge this to the judge...ANY DAY NOW...there could be a new FORM 211 filed by maybe that same market maker that signed our .pdf with OTC Markets on October 18th, 2019 for ACCR to trade PINK NO INFO ---->UNSOLICITED QUOTES.

ACCR does qualify for at this ANY moment. All we need is again...ACCR is a MAGICAL TICKER, and I believe this so much.
1. SEC Form 10 filing
2. Form 211 filed by a special MARKET MAKER with me at ANY TIME...and especially with me after I get CONTROL BACK!
3. OTC Markets - they are POOOH-POOOOOO!!!!
Arrgghhh, I am taking less PAIN MEDICATION today, and therefore...my MIND is clearer, and I see the tragedy of my mistake. I don't have any sellers remorse. I am taking less pain medication today, and suffering for my Shareholders...and I see what a TRAGEDY has transpired.
Just remember, there are many ways to get ACCR PINK CURRENT. Maybe that special beloved MARKET MAKER will contact my PCAOB...verify results for 2019/2020...and maybe....that same market maker will file a FORM 211 with FINRA. Now is not the time to stress.
We are a SHELL...NO REVENUE (on my end) since March 2020....ZERO REVENUE!!! Once again,,,,that lawyer for him SCOTT SEWICK is twisting information before a 20th Circuit Court Judge....the 1qtr and 2nd qtr of ACCR show ZERO REVENUE and almost $2385.00 in monthly expenses. Anyways, my point is that the quarterlys for the FORM 10....are NO PROBLEM on my end. I sent them our TAX RETURN for 2020...cost me $550 too.
Now is the time to FLY....
