It’s a very good post it identifies the fact that BIOAQ is in fact not dead and many people are aware of that fact. Because people deny the documents that prove that fact and not make up excuses that the only reason BioAmber name is still flashed is because the name was inclusive in the liquidation. Anybody can say that proving it is another story . Your story hinges on a liquidation where in reality it was a complex restructuring. There is plenty of evidence pointing to the fact that BioSuccinic Acid is being produced but has yet to be produced in any large consistent quantities since LCY occupation. Proof would be simple to supply if there was any . Who is producing BioSuccinic Acid with BioAmber name on it if it isn’t coming from Sarnia . Where else and how is LCY producing it another plant . I am more inclined to believe that BioAmber solved that problem of distribution prior to going into the restructuring. Lots of avenues to produce BioSuccinic Acid through Retrofit of existing plants . Toll manufacturing etc . We all know this though , we don’t need to convince anybody . Facts are facts and it is undisputed that Sarnia isn’t producing BioSuccinic Acid yet. They are still waiting on the components .
