Let me help you: Lets apply some common sense and plug in some numbers to come up with something that you can work with and with ounce of brain one could understand.

What do we know so far:

The CEO literally cut the AS from 200 million 100 million ( This tells me definitely no reverse split by any means my life time or your life time),

Logic also tells me by virtue of common sense this CEO is not dumb to max out the OS to 100 million by sending shares to the market, with the market cap being this low, anyhow, he can't for the next 3....6.....12 months, he can send shares to the market only 3....6.....12 months after the merger is or was consummated (this was covered already in my earlier posts)

Logic also tells me by virtue of common sense based on reading his quote "Close to our vest" that he plans on doing some kind of equity financing when the price is well above 8 dollars, possibly even 10 dollars to pay for other possible acquisitions, he is not that stupid to do any kind of funding before the market cap reaches 500 million dollars minimum, it won't make sense, to do it any lower than that, it will be stupid on his part if he tried to dilute and max out the OS, those extra 20 million plus stock he is keeping for 1 billion 2 billion 3 billion 4 billion and inevitable 5 billion.

Hypothetically speaking, let just assume, the stock is trading at 10 dollars he does do an equity financing or direct offering at 10 dollars for 2 million shares that will put 20 million dollars in the bank for possible acquisitions, those kind of financing are for acquisitions, it is not to keep the company a float, the company is already making 140 million plus. I am all for direct offering or equity financing for the purpose of expansion or acquisition, the company grows, so does my stock as a shareholder, then another 2 million shares at 20 dollars, then another 2 million shares at 30 dollars, then another 2 million shares at 40 dollars and so on so forth. This company is not here to make you rich overnight, it is a process and that process takes time, the company wants committed shareholders.

Why do you think companies go public, from TSL*A, to AMZ*N, to raise funds for expansion, if you stay true to yourself and the stock you will reap the most rewards.
