To take it one further I'm actually surprised Jef didn't file some kind of pre R/S statement, or publicly say there's a possibility of an R/S because if he wanted to get the pps down really quick to do the buy back, that would do the trick!? Because in all honesty if he doesn't buy back a significant % of the float, an R/S WOULD be the easiest way to get the share structure tidy again!? Yes, he would immediately lose about 100 shareholders, everyone would be mad at him and it wouldn't look good on them for sure! But if a reverse split did happen he could at least say he tried everything he could to avoid it for shareholders!!? Hopefully he'll pull off the buyback but the pps needs to be lower so I don't know!? If he can buy back the shares it's a GRAND SLAM. Either way, buyback or reverse split, It's obvious that Brewbilt will steadily grow into a Big Name in the Brewery equipment business IMO! He has to look out for shareholders, but he has to put the Business first, so hopefully it works out without the dreaded r/s. I'm praying one won't happen but if they did have do r/s it would hurt shareholders badly, but if it was done in conjunction with all the catalysts we've been promised,(Going worldwide, China, Europe, CBD, Brewery, selling custom craft beers, Cal reopening, lots of brewhouse orders, etc,, then it hopefully wouldn't be too disastrous.. But truth be known a CEO should do what's best for the Company long term, not what will make shareholders rich and cause your company to struggle endlessly. Hoping things are going well enough to pull it off the best way for everyone. Like I said, if there's a way Jef could say, "we may have to utilize the r/s because of the Covid-19 tragedy, then the pps tanked to .0006 or .0008, he could then he could buy 3 billion shares for 2 million roughly. He would buy all the shares from the angry shareholders selling because they think the R/S is coming, then, Surprise, "guess what fella's thanks to the recent price drop we have succussfully bought 3 billion shares an WON'T have to do an R/S, Congratulations! If he could pull off that plan, the PPS would set all time highs and never look back!
