I get it that you want a positive spin on any transaction.

But I deal with the facts after being here for three years.

1. One transaction for $800 , is not someone making a big move with
any stock. Plus that was the total for the day.

2. Someone from the company doubt that . One has to look at the disclosures and share structure . There are only three COMPANY people that have common shares. Doug M, His Son Miles (large) and the new person that showed up this past year ZACK , who is also the CFO now per the disclosure .
The rest (about 162 million if the SS is correct are restricted) , actually if they go Pink and start trading that SS is kind of scary with the potential to dilute billions of shares of stock as the way it is.

3. Jake doing something, well they have with the Attorney Letter and disclosures so give them that. However the longer the Attorney Letter has been submitted with no tier change, expect an issue . It may be that everyone did it towards the time limit, so TIME will tell.

4. For every Sale there is a Buy and for every Buy there is a sell , so a few folks must have found a broker that allows CE type stocks to trade but one transaction or a few is truly nothing to talk about.

5. Lets see what happens, one would think with this activity that Jake would update the website with news or updates or the Company Twitter Account (which has switched over to support for Political CBD side which is ok ) , but in the end yet to date Jake needs to address the shareholders .
