Legalization will bring in new investment capital, and that capital usually flows to the best structured and performing companies.

$UNRV has had horrible operating performance and still has "toxic" below market price aka discounted to the market equity share financing in place. That will keep "real" money away and put pressure on the share price.

That said, this new management team MIGHT be able to change that by the time legalization happen and until I see a full financial report with a positive financial trend, this is still $TRTC with a new story.
