I can't fathom anyone considering an investment in a manufacturer and not consider the defensibility of the IP. That's the master link to a manufacturer's ability to bring that product to market, and the bases from which it will build further future versions from the basic model. That's likely the most critical and MASSIVE error all ROLLed in for not considering the downside risk. IMO.

To take the downside risk possibility to the journalistic depths that it deserves - TMDI might not have the heft/girth/enough dry powder for a fight, but if MDT holds those patents for snake arms, connectivity, performance and function...well both MDT and TMDI could be collecting royalties from Vicarious. Vicarious could be paying for the development of ENDOS 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0. Or worse V1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, and so on, and so on, and so on.......
DOUBLE WAMMY.

Keep asking those hard-hitting deep journalistic questions. You're a credit to the objectivity of this board.

Good luck to all. Regards,BK.
