I've thought about that a few times myself, but began trusting his transparency, about what he is doing. I am thinking he will do an A/S increase, due to the fact he raised the Common Shares as I know you already know an over the top 300 million shares, and it would be to soon for him to do an R/S now, unless he does it to get PPS to a dollar, once it is over with that would kill all shareholders investments.
