No because it’s a private company of course but I do recall an announcement of distribution in Europe recently. No mention of the third party that former Bioamber licensed from.

It put to bed the creepy theory that a company with a license to a bankrupt company’s components could let go all their employees and still monetize those licenses (nothing to the third party) 3 years later.
