does the SSA have an intervening advisory or managing board ?



I think the SSA does, it looks like the ousted head of SSA will challenge the JB ADMINISTRATION on his firing, given the FHFA and CFPB cases he will have quite an uphill battle.

In many respects the SCOTUS took us shareholders for a ride for the last 21 MONTHS!

They probably granted Cert to Collins to further strengthen their Separation of Powers and Unitary Executive Principle jurisprudence AND NOT TO DELIVER JUSTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS!

The SCOTUS gave little thought and consideration to proclaiming that it IS within the powers of a federal agency director to NATIONALIZE PRIVATE CORPORATIONS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE TAKINGS CLAUSE OF THE US CONSTITUTION! I'm sure that's what the US CONGRESS wanted when they copied and pasted the FDIC Act and used it as boilerplate for HERA.
