PATRICK has just sent them a settlement offer...it took me about an hour to draft this, and to SEND IT TOO.............I sure hope so.....the FORM 10 is the only way to settle this. It was SNEAKY on their part to file another Form 15 (under different federal statute)...........unbelievable.......arrgrrggrghhhhhh...
THIS PAIN IS 24/7..............AND NEVER GOES AWAY.
My US DISABILITY RIGHTS are being trampled on...
So,,,,,, Are we settling, as I am offering to undo this whole mess.
Lets tell our JUDGE the TRUTH, and that is we want to UNDO EVERYTHING, as getting "ripped off" is no fun, in my opinion.
