Oh CREEDE,,,what am I going to do with you? I read that you no longer hold a position in the #1 equity to jump out of the 11 year grey market...remember that date? What is wrong? Don't you believe in this special ticker, ACCR? I do...October 18th 2019....almost 2 years ago when my special MARKET MAKER....signed the .PDF unsolicited form on my behalf....and did it because he BELIEVED IN ME...anyways...we traded at $.000001 in 2015....and already have experienced DEATH...and now, the market believes that ACCR is in the toilet.....hmmmmmm.....ACCR is special, and ACCR still came back. This ticker...ACCR is truly magical, and has special powers...and that is why the opposing side is REJECTING my offer to give back their money, and return my control block.

ACCR and I are going back to Court. They read all my messages on social media and here too iHUB, and they will probably read this one too. Regardless, the TRUTH always prevails.
I will tell our Judge that on July 28th, 2021 at 2pm...that I am offering to return all their money $25,000.00 - I don't know how I will get the money...but let me assure you...I will find it.
Oh my,,,My dear friend...in cyber space...15 years ago...ACCR RECAP: The JUDGE said back on July 1st...that ACCR and I were supposed to go to MEDIATION. I spoke to their lawyer, SCOTT a couple of days ago...to SETTLE this ACCR control issue. Oh yes, CREEDE...as of this writing, we now are going back to trial on July 28th, 2021 only because their lawyer wrote this letter to our JUDGE on July 5th, 2021. So...ACCR control dispute continues...as far as I know. All this back and forth...so....IF I DO NOT SETTLE, then we go to court on July 28th, 2021.
As part of my settlement, I asked for a 144a restriction lift in the amount of 25,000,000 shares, and help with a counsel's legal opinion on my remaining shares.
Unless of course,,,I win back control of ACCR. I will file with the Court a countersuit if we do not settle.
