PMPG is ready to fly.

They are in final negotiations to purchase a majority of SRT from NPI Mobile. And they just returned 78 million shares to the company treasury.

Fabulous share structure for a 4 cent stock with only a 124 million share float and 367 million outstanding.

Smart highway technology is the hot sector right now. All the big players want in. PMPG has already talked to Microsoft and other big players. Could a deal be imminent? A real possibility.
