We should've never even of had Elites address and CEO added until official merger confirmation... nothing has changed here. Elite is still merging into NGCG. They are doing everything right as far as I am concerned. I would expect a new atty letter to drop shortly to bring them pink and there should be a super 8k following that confirming the merging entity. Until proven otherwise, Elite is still merging here.
