History has proven that there is no significant market for AC5 as a wound dressing - 18 months after approvals, virtually no sales. However, while the market for absorbable hemostats ("internal") is large, there is no evidence that AC5 could produce a much better mousetrap than current products. Evidence of effectiveness as a hemostat (not as barrier) in animal studies is less than thin. Dilution will only provide funds to keep charade going. I can't see a way out. Any real suggestions? None coming from TN.
