it's just back to trading as a penny stock...again. NOBODY will accumulate a stock that just was told they will be in perpetual conservatorship, that the conservator can literally do whatever they want, and the potential for the NWS to re-start upon capital retention limits are met is NOT a stock people accumulate. They trade it. Period.
